is it legal to have strobes in the taillights and headlights of my truck?

I wona lawn business
and want to have lights that flash so when Im loding the truck up at night
people see it and don't hit it
so are flashing lights legal in the taillight and headlights
and they woulden't be on while Im

We install those all the time here in Florida. The laws do vary by state. We install them on towing vehicles, lawn maintenance trucks, and construction vehicles and trailers as well. I'm sure there are rules about using these in motion in traffic,
