restaurant by Spanish designer Jose Antonio Garcia. Diego Velasquez's
17th century painting "Las Meninas" is translated through contemporary
colors and designs. The skills of Chef Pedro Doce Hoyos result in a
sublime selection of hot and cold tapas at the Tapas Bar along with a
delightful choice of paellas and other Spanish delicacies. Spanish
wines and Sangria add to the authentic flavours.
