how do you change the spark plugs on a 92 Q45?

what are the best spark plugs to use and should i change them the car has 158+++ miles and shudder a bit in idel but not driving

i would use factory plugs probably NGK. Give yourself plenty of time the labor guide calls for 8hrs to replace them very tedious and time consuming good luck
