Is this Porsche an actual 944 turbo?

No. The engine is the standard non-turbo 8-valve 2.5 litre 4-cylinder. The "turbo" badge is from a 1980's Chrysler and isn't even in the correct location. The 944 badge should be black, not yellow, and is not even present on factory turbo
