ok, hears the deal. i have a 2004 nissan altima.
STATUS: car starts fine the car idles fine, no aftermarket, all stock, no out of the ordinary noises and there is no check engine light on and all the fluids are up to par.

PROBLEM:

No DTC's present? Have you disconnected anything? On those Nissan's there's a weird idle relearn that you need to perform after you clean the throttle body. I was thinking maybe you did that. You can clear the codes all day and not get the idle to relearn.
