How soon would rust begin to show on NEW brake rotors?

I had brake work done at Pep Boys about a month ago on my son's 1995 Grand Prix. Rear brakes, hub assembly, new pads, one new caliper. Disc brakes...PB/Qualis Rear Disc Rotors. The old rotors were "too rusted to turn". Not even one month
Yes, this is right. Take it for a spin around the block and use the brakes you will find the discs will be nice and shiny again. The reason that they rust so quickly is the steel in the rotors is of a high carbon content. This doesn't mean that it is
