Can a new Honda CBF 500 be restricted to 33bhp?

Really like the bike, but would like to work my way up the ladder so to speak in terms of power. Still a learner at the moment on a 125. I know what it feels like to come off (extra bone on shoulder now). Slipped on some loose stones around a corner

yeah the cbf can be restricted i have a Honda cbr600f restricted at the moment and Honda's are usually restricted by the carbs too so they run allot better while other models get restricted by the throttle :)
