Temp problems with Architeckt Linear Exposed Thermostatic Bar Shower PWD 1238?

Can anyone tell me if I can get a replacement cartridge for the above shower and if so where from? It is not getting very hot at all. Only way I can get a decent temp is to run the cold tap in the sink at the same time. Cant think what else it could

I bet you will get the same if you flush the toilet as well
