I have a 1998 Honda Valkyrie 3 wheeler, custom coverted from a 2 wheeler by a previous owner.?

The rear end was out of a chevy chevette with a 3.70:1 gear ratio. It runs 3100 RPM @ 55 MPH. it has a 6.5" ring gear, and that rear end only came in 3.70:1 & 4.10:1, according to a mechanic.
I want to get the RPM down to around 2300-2500

it currently has 15" tires, if that makes any difference or plays into the equation-- It does play into equation, Chevettes had 13 mostly and 14 inch wheels, the 15 inch wheel would probably be custom wheel to get more speed per 1000 RPM. If you
