Is it normal for a Cadillac CTS' brakes to squeal after I replaced the brake rotors and pads?

I went to Brake Check and I replaced all four rotors and the front driver side hub assembly and replaced the brake pads but I'm still hearing a squal when I break. I feel my brakes are working better than they did before but I still hear a squal. When
