My BMW 740IL left catalytic converter is rattling very loud. The right one isn't. Is it ok to drive the car?

I drove about 30 miles with this noise. I parked up for the night and when i started it the next morning it wasn't as loud. Will I cause damage to my engine if i continue to drive, while I wait a few days (5) for the parts?

uhh basically the worst that can happen is that over the vibrations it can loosen some bolts on the exhaust manifold... taking even those plastic ties to tie it up coul be good too
