Vehicle:1992 plymouth voyager, front wheel drive, automatic, 4 cyl
Problem: Wont start, No power going to fuel pump or distributer/spark
Parts replaced since broke down: ECU, fuel pump, fuel pump wire harness, igniton coil, relays

I agree with lowrider, if you have no power going to anything ignition or timing related, more than likely, the timing belt/chain is busted.

Edit:
You don't go around replacing parts without testing them first like someone else suggested.
