How do you disable car horn beep when locking 2007 ford focus?

My sister has a 2007 ford focus with keyless entry. When she locks her car with the remote the hazards flash and the horn beeps once. The horn is VERY loud and echos. I have tried googling some info, looking through the manual and calling the ford dealership
