I have spark and a new fuel pump, still not getting fuel pressure, any ideas? 2002 Ford Focus SE?

When the car died it was at a stop light. It had been sputtering for about 100 miles. I checked the spark first and it is fine. So I checked the fuel pressure, there was none. So I dropped the tank and installed a new pump. Now the engine cranks and has
