How do you install fog lights on a 1998 Jeep Wrangler?

My 1998 Jeep Wrangler did not come with factory fog lights. I would like to install some but can find no clear or complete instructions on how to do so. Any help or direction is appreciated.

new lights will come with instructions, look at KC HiLites - great product and warranty. The basic pieces are a relay, wire, a switch, and the lights.
