camera in demolition derby car?

I am looking for a GOOD idea. I need to mount a camera in a demolition derby car. To get the shot we want it needs to be hung from the roof in the rear. The camera is a Flip. The car is a 1963 Chrysler Imperial.Thanks

You can get a ball-in-socket type camera tripod head, if you camera has a screw on tripod mount. To mount the tripod head just screw a bolt of the right diameter through the hood or base and into the head. Then you can add the camera to the head and adjust
